Help yourself – help your customers get ready for February 14th 2006

After 14 February 2006, to protect you and your customers from fraud, you should expect card companies to automatically decline payments if a PIN is not used with a chip and PIN card. This checklist is designed to help you encourage all your customers to know and use their PIN whenever possible NOW for all their transactions. You should find that using PIN is quicker than signature. Bypassing PIN must always be an exception; not the rule.
